Some things are more challenging for me to draw than others and thus cause me to spend more time on a given commission. Because of this, commissions containing such things are subject to an increase in charge.

Anyone under 18 MUST have parental guardian permission to commission me.

You MUST be over 18 to commission any Not Safe for Work (NSFW) art from me.

I'm not often open for NSFW commission right now. Please contact me if you are interested so we can discuss the possibility of an NSFW commission.

Please provide me with a clear, flat colored, digital reference of what you would like me to draw. If there is no reference for your character, I will consider it to be a character design commission and the charge will be increased.

Provide a short, clear explanation of what you want to happen in the commission, including character actions and description of a background if applicable.

I accept USD via Paypal only. Once terms of the commission are agreed upon, I will request your Paypal email and send an Invoice to you.

I will only start working on your commission when I receive full payment from you.

Commissions usually take up to 3 weeks to complete. Depending on various factors though, it may take longer. I will keep in contact with you should the commission take longer than expected.

Things that affect the amount of time it takes for me to complete your commission include but are not limited to family, personal life, work, commission complexity and placement on commission list.

I will provide an initial sketch Work in Progress before moving on to finish the work.

I like to do what I can to make sure my work is the best it can be.

After the commission is finished, I will do 2 free minor corrections. Any more corrections than that will be subject to a 15% additional charge.

Minor changes can include but are not limited to change of eye color, correcting small marking mistake, etc

All major changes will result in a charge equal to 50% of the initial commission price.

Major changes include but are not limited to outfit changes, redoing full body markings, adding large items, etc.

I, the artist, reserve the right to cancel the commission and provide a refund at any point.

Once payment is received, you cannot cancel or demand a refund.

If payment is not received, work will not proceed on your commission and will be canceled by me.

I reserve the right to deny your commission, no questions asked.

--Zoophilia

--Incest

--Rape

--Glorification of LGBTQ-phobia

--Glorification of Racism

--Glorification of Xenophobia

I have a life outside of art, so patience is appreciated! If you become too impatient with me, I reserve the right to cancel your commission and provide a partial refund depending on how much time I have spent on your commission.

Any and all hostile behavior directed towards me will result in immediate cancelation of your commission. You will be blacklisted and your name posted to online platforms to warn others of your behavior.

If you file a chargeback against me, you will be blacklisted from receiving any artwork from me in the future and your rights to all previous art I made for you will be permanently revoked. Those artworks then will be sold to other clients. You will be blacklisted and your name posted to online platforms to warn others of your behavior.

I hold every right to the artwork produced, not the commissioner.

Because of the above, I am allowed to use any artwork I produced to promote myself.

I am allowed to post my art on any platform of my choosing at any time.

You are allowed to use the art I make for you for Personal Use only.

You have copyright to your own character(s), but NOT the drawing itself.

When posting my artwork, you must properly credit me by listing my artist name. Sankofa Gold.

The following is considered copyright Infringement:

--Using the copyrighted artwork commercially/ making money from it in any way)

--Stealing credit for the creation of the artwork.

--Removing any watermarks/signatures and making any other alterations made to the art without my consent.

Violating copyright will result in you being blacklisted and your name posted to online platforms to warn others of your behavior.
